K.bio Page Visitor Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how information may be collected and processed when you visit or interact with a creator’s public page hosted on K.bio (a “K.bio Page”).
K.bio is a service provided by ONEM Systems Inc., doing business as K.bio (“K.bio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
A K.bio Page is created and operated by the creator identified on that Page (“Creator”). K.bio provides the technology used to host and operate the Page and may process certain information about your interactions with the Page on behalf of the Creator.
This Privacy Notice should be read together with our K.bio Page Visitor Cookie Notice.
1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information?
The Creator determines how they use their K.bio Page and which features they enable.
When K.bio processes information about your visit in order to operate the Creator’s Page, provide Page functionality, or provide Insights to that Creator, K.bio generally processes that information on behalf of the Creator.
Where applicable privacy law uses the terms “controller” and “processor,” the Creator generally acts as the controller of this Visitor Data and K.bio acts as a processor or service provider on the Creator’s behalf.
The Creator may also independently enable third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies on their K.bio Page. The Creator is responsible for their use of those technologies.
2. Information Processed When You Visit a K.bio Page
Depending on how you interact with a K.bio Page and which features the Creator has enabled, K.bio may process information such as:
- the K.bio Page and content you view
- interactions with posts and other Page content
- links and Destinations you click
- interactions with products or commerce features
- interactions with Ask AI or other interactive features
- browser, device, operating system, and User-Agent information
- country or general geographic information
- referring sources and campaign information, such as UTM parameters
- date, time, and interaction information
- technical, security, and diagnostic information necessary to operate and protect the Page
Internet services and infrastructure providers may process information such as your IP address as technically necessary to receive and deliver network requests. K.bio’s default Creator Insights analytics do not retain raw IP addresses.
We may also process information that you choose to provide when using an interactive feature.
3. Why K.bio Processes Visitor Data
K.bio processes Visitor Data on behalf of the Creator in order to:
- display and operate the Creator’s K.bio Page
- provide features and interactions you request
- process links and Destination interactions
- provide Ask AI and other supported interactive features
- support Creator commerce and digital product functionality
- provide the Creator with Insights about the performance of their Page, content, links, Destinations, products, and other supported features
- maintain the security, integrity, and technical operation of the Page
- prevent fraud, abuse, and harmful activity
K.bio does not currently use Visitor Data processed on behalf of Creators to build independent advertising profiles of Visitors, conduct cross-Creator audience profiling, or target advertising to Visitors for K.bio’s own purposes.
4. Creator Insights and Cookieless Analytics
K.bio provides Creators with Insights about how Visitors interact with their K.bio Pages.
These Insights may include information about:
- Page views and visits
- content and post interactions
- link and Destination clicks
- product or commerce interactions
- Ask AI activity
- referring sources and campaign information
- other performance metrics supported by K.bio
K.bio’s default Creator Insights analytics are designed to operate without cookies or local storage.
For standard Page analytics:
- K.bio does not retain raw IP addresses
- K.bio does not currently use persistent identifiers to recognize the same Visitor across different days
- K.bio does not currently track a Visitor across different K.bio Creator Pages for Creator Insights
K.bio may process browser and device information, including User-Agent information, country or general geographic information, referring sources, UTM parameters, and Page interaction events in order to provide these Insights.
Event data used for Creator Insights may be retained for up to 90 days.
Where reasonably possible, Insights are provided to Creators in aggregated or limited form rather than as information intended to directly identify individual Visitors.
Additional third-party analytics or tracking technologies may be enabled by the Creator and are addressed in Section 8 and in our K.bio Page Visitor Cookie Notice.
5. Ask AI and Other Interactive Features
Some Creators may enable Ask AI or other AI-powered or interactive features on their K.bio Pages.
If you use these features, K.bio may process:
- questions, prompts, or other information you submit
- information about the Creator’s public content, posts, products, links, or Destinations that is relevant to your request
- generated responses or recommendations
- related interaction and technical information
K.bio may use third-party AI or technology service providers to process information on behalf of the Creator in order to provide these features.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, passwords, payment credentials, or other information that you do not want processed through an AI-powered feature.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as professional advice.
6. Messaging, AutoDM, and Related Interactions
Some K.bio features may support interactions associated with social media comments, messaging, AutoDM, or other audience engagement features.
Depending on the feature, K.bio may process information necessary to identify and handle the interaction, such as:
- interaction or event information
- browser or device information
- User-Agent information
- country or general geographic information
- applicable content, comment, message, or trigger information
- delivery, response, or other operational information
For certain supported features, K.bio may use limited browser, device, country, or interaction information to distinguish interactions or Visitors for operational, reporting, or deduplication purposes.
This processing does not rely on cookies or local storage unless otherwise disclosed.
7. Purchases and Digital Products
Creators may use K.bio to offer digital products or other supported products or services.
The Creator offering the product is generally the seller responsible for that product or service.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. Payment providers collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and terms.
K.bio generally does not store complete payment card numbers.
K.bio may process transaction-related information necessary to:
- support the purchase
- provide the Creator with transaction information
- deliver or provide access to digital products
- prevent fraud and abuse
- operate the applicable commerce features
Questions about a Creator’s product, refund, fulfillment, or other purchase-related matters should generally be directed to the Creator.
8. Creator-Configured Analytics, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies
Creators may choose to add supported third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies to their K.bio Pages.
These may include third-party analytics services or advertising pixels.
When a Creator enables these technologies, they may use cookies, local storage, identifiers, pixels, or similar technologies and may transmit information about your visit or interactions to the applicable third-party provider.
These technologies may be used by the Creator for purposes such as:
- audience and traffic analytics
- advertising measurement
- conversion measurement
- campaign optimization
- remarketing or audience creation
- other analytics or advertising functions supported by the applicable provider
These optional technologies are configured by the Creator for the Creator’s purposes.
The Creator is responsible for providing any notices required by applicable law, obtaining any consent required by applicable law, and complying with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements relating to their use.
K.bio provides the technical functionality that allows Creators to configure supported third-party technologies but does not determine the Creator’s purposes for using them.
Where required by applicable law, K.bio may provide Cookie Preferences or other consent controls before optional tracking technologies are activated.

9. Service Providers
K.bio may use service providers to operate K.bio Pages and provide features on behalf of Creators.
These may include providers of:
- cloud hosting and infrastructure
- content delivery and storage
- security and fraud prevention
- analytics infrastructure
- payment processing
- email and communications
- AI and technology services
- other technical services necessary to provide K.bio functionality
These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for K.bio, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
10. Links and Third-Party Services
K.bio Pages may contain links to websites, stores, social platforms, products, or services operated by third parties.
When you follow a link or destination away from K.bio, the third party may collect and process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
K.bio is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
K.bio’s default Creator Insights analytics do not use cookies or local storage.
K.bio may use technologies that are strictly necessary to operate, secure, and deliver K.bio Pages or to remember privacy choices.
Creators may also enable optional third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies that use cookies, pixels, local storage, identifiers, or similar technologies.
Where consent is required by applicable law, K.bio may provide controls allowing you to accept, reject, or manage optional technologies.

12. International Data Processing
K.bio is provided by ONEM Systems Inc., a Canadian company.
K.bio and its service providers may process or store Visitor Data in Canada, the United States, or other countries.
As a result, information may be processed outside the jurisdiction where you live and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.
13. Data Retention and Security
Creator Insights event data described in Section 4 may be retained for up to 90 days.
Other Visitor Data may be retained for different periods depending on the feature involved, the Creator’s instructions, operational or security requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
K.bio retains Visitor Data processed on behalf of Creators only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable K.bio features, meet security and operational requirements, or comply with applicable law.
K.bio uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
No electronic service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
Because K.bio generally processes Visitor Data on behalf of the Creator whose Page you visited, privacy requests relating to your interactions with a particular K.bio Page should generally be directed to that Creator.
Where appropriate, K.bio may assist the Creator in responding to your request.
If you cannot contact the Creator, or if you have a question specifically about K.bio’s processing of Visitor Data, you may contact:
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant K.bio Page, interaction, and applicable information.
Because K.bio’s default Creator Insights do not use persistent identifiers to recognize Visitors across days or across different K.bio Pages, K.bio may not always be able to identify or associate aggregated or limited analytics information with a particular individual.
15. Children and Minors
K.bio Pages are not designed specifically for children.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that their content, products, and use of K.bio features comply with applicable laws and K.bio policies, including requirements relating to minors where applicable.

16. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes to K.bio Page functionality, technology, privacy practices, or applicable law.
The Effective Date at the top of this Notice indicates when the current version became effective.
